Topiko
IOM
is a world famous competitor in many international events.
Always at the top of the final score list. Many prices have
been won with this design (European Champion 2004 and Vice
World Champion 2005). Topiko is a further development of Ikon
and Italiko. Topiko is an allround boat, giving a lot of feel
to the driver and with a lot of speed right out of the box.
In short, a boat for both the ultimate racer as well as the
ambitious beginner. The boats are build under license from
Sailsetc (Graham Bantock). The materials used are epoxy laminates
with reinforcements in the highstress areas. This assures
the right distribution of the forces, stiffness and a flawless
end result. An important advantage of the chosen construction
is the low weight for the hull and deck, saving up to 200
grams, compared to open deck style boats. The boats come with
a very good (carbon) fin, rudder (Craig Smith) and ballast. Optional are the fin and rudder of Sailsetc. (90 euro extra).
You can choose from three different deck layouts. Standard
is a deep trench style cockpit to be sealed with patches.
Second option is with easy accessible top pot (50 Euro extra)
and third option is the WCE with a large easy to open and
close deck opening which gives access to all the electronic
parts of the boat (50 Euro extra) (See photo above).

This kit consists of a completed hull with
foredeck fittings.
Fin box and mid deck are in place. Kit comes with standard
fin, ballast and rudder. The foils are not fitted to the hull.
All major structural work is done. Only all
the Sailetc fittings have to be installed.
Fittings are not supplied.

consists of a completed hull with all fittings in place.
Boat comes with standard fin, ballast and rudder. The
rudder is fitted to the hull. All the
epoxy work is finished. Fin and ballast are supplied but not fitted to each other or the hull.

This kit
consists of a completed hull with all fittings and foils.
Boat comes with fin, ballast and rudder of the highest quality.
The fin is fitted to the hull to ensure correct fit. The ballast
is attached to the fin. Only a rig and a radio control set including winch and servo are
needed to finish the boat.
